The Export Journey

Every shipment follows the same rigorous process to ensure quality, compliance, and on-time delivery.

Inquiry & Quotation
Send us your product requirements, target quantity, destination port, and packaging preference. Our export team responds within 24 hours with a detailed proforma quotation including price per unit, minimum order quantity, and estimated lead time.

Sample & Quality Approval
Free samples are dispatched via international courier upon request. Each sample is accompanied by a lab analysis report covering moisture content, pesticide residue, microbial load, and relevant commodity-specific parameters.

Purchase Order & Contract
Upon sample approval, a formal Sales Contract is issued. We accept T/T (30% deposit, 70% before shipment), L/C at sight, or DP/DA for established buyers. All payment terms are negotiable based on order volume and buyer history.

Processing & Packaging
Products are cleaned, sorted, graded, and packed to your specifications in our GMP-compliant processing facility in Balikpapan. Custom labelling, private label packaging, and certified organic processing are available on request.

Export Clearance & Shipment
Our in-house logistics team handles all export documentation and customs clearance. Goods are shipped from Balikpapan Port under the agreed Incoterms. Tracking information and full documentation set are shared within 48 hours of vessel departure.

Frequently Asked Questions

We accept trial orders starting from 100 kg. For standard bulk orders, we usually ship 500 kg to 1 MT depending on the product.
Yes. The product sample is free, but the buyer must pay for the international courier shipping (e.g., DHL/FedEx) in advance.
We provide mandatory export documents: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin (CoO), and Phytosanitary Certificate. Please note we currently do not hold additional facility certifications like ISO or HACCP.
We use standard local export packaging, such as PP woven bags, gunny sacks, or standard cartons, depending on the agricultural product.
We only accept Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) to our company bank account. For small/trial orders, we require 100% upfront. For bulk orders, 50% deposit to start production, and 50% balance before the goods are loaded.
Yes, we can ship globally as long as you handle the local customs clearance in your country. We will provide the standard Indonesian export documents needed.
Usually 30 to 45 days after we receive your payment. We need this time to source, sort the products, and arrange the export permits.
